Promoting health & well-being and celebrating life

Watch our programmes

Each month our production team will create various original short programmes compiled in a magazine style format for the viewer and the practice staff. The strands have a strong sense of duty informing and advising the audience in a helpful and friendly way. They focus on practical advice and tips that can lead to living healthier and happier lifestyles.

Programming is aimed at the variety of audiences within the waiting room, from teenagers to mothers and toddlers, middle aged to older people. The focus of content is developed in line with seasonal behaviour and key health related dates throughout the year.
