The Year Ahead

The Life Channel is looking forward to a busy 2012 where we have a lot of exciting things going on. This year will see the London 2012 Olympics, the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and the Euro 2012 Championships; with our linking schools project we are hoping to engage as many children as possible in sharing their experiences with other children all over the country.

We're working on new, exciting content for our Life Channel screens and this year will also see the return of some favourites such as the "Who am I?" and "Did you know?" videos. Will you be able to guess the person from the clue?

This year will also see the arrival of LifeChannel Renewables, our sustainable energy scheme. By embracing solar power we are enabling schools to become sustainable whilst generating a long term income. We are also offering a series of lesson plans and classroom aids for sustainable energy as part of LifeChannel Renewables.
