The Life Channel in Support of Apprenticeship Week 7-11th February 2011

Apprenticeship week 2011 takes place from Monday 7th - Friday 11th February. The aim of the week is to: highlight the value of apprenticeships, illustrate the skills they create and demonstrate the opportunities they provide for individuals.
Having recently launched The NEET Package, an initiative targeting those not in education, employment or training, The Life Channel is actively working to promote the benefits of all forms of further education, including apprenticeships.
In the spirit of Apprenticeship week, The Life Channel has produced a series of short documentary- style films. These films introduce students to the working world; giving them the opportunity to see a variety of vocational opportunities available to them when they finish compulsory education.
