Hammersmith & Fulham PCT launch

With the full support of Hammersmith & Fulham Primary Care Trust, The Life Channel invited GPs, practice staff and community agencies to Chelsea Football Club to witness the launch of the network within the area.

The Life Channel was pleased to welcome speakers including Directors of Public Health and the Head of Communications from a number of Primary Care Trusts, as well as senior members of community agencies, all of whom wished to share the ways within which The Life Channel had helped support their regional initiatives through direct, engaging communication.
